The Best!!
November 23, 2025Avendale has been my home for almost 3 years and it has been and continues to be a wonderful experience. The location is perfect - close to shopping/restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful. The management team (front office and maintenance) is responsive, friendly, and always quick to make sure my needs are met. All my neighbors are respectful and the community feels safe and welcoming. I am truly happy to call Avendale home and would highly recommend to anyone looking for peaceful living!Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2024Unique, private residence-like apartments with a cul-de-sac feel and resort-style amenities. Both Stephanie and Brittany went above-and-beyond to make the process seamless and supportive. Awesome in every way!
July 26, 2024Everyone here is just absolutely amazing! When i didn’t turn on my AC, maintenance came to check on me and make sure I am alright and the ac works, everyone in the office is amazing, the property is clean, well kept, communication is great and the people who live here awesome.
