      After searching five years for the 55 active community that meets our criteria, we stumbled onto the Avenida construction area. Greeted by a lovely Greystar staff member we were escorted into one the completed Villas and temporary leasing office. Beautiful Villa! Reviewed the various apartment floor plans and found exactly what we had Envisioned ! Plus all the amenities: party rooms, exercise areas with instructors, gardens, outdoor patios with grills, all year pool & spa , pickle ball . ...

      Avenida Carrollton is a nice place to live. Residents and staff are very friendly & make you feel welcome. There are lots of activities. The shared spaces are beautiful inside and outside. There is no assigned parking, so sometimes you can’t find close parking.
