Fantastic Location, Beautiful Grounds, Ample Parking

The location is fantastic, and the entire community is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and well-maintained landscaping that make it feel established, relaxing, and inviting year-round. It truly has a neighborhood feel instead of feeling overcrowded or packed onto a tiny piece of land like many apartment communities today. Another huge plus is the amount of ...parking available. There is plenty of space for residents and guests, which makes everyday life so much more convenient and stress-free. You never feel like you’re fighting for a parking spot at the end of the day. As a dog owner, I also really appreciate the walking paths throughout the community. They make it easy and enjoyable to take my dog on walks while enjoying the scenery and peaceful atmosphere. The open layout, green space, and shaded areas from the mature trees make it such a pleasant place to spend time outside. Not only is there an elevator in every building, there’s also an in unit washer and dryer. The property’s beauty speaks for itself but the community here is so friendly. The apartment is beautiful and what a bonus to have an elevator when we were moving.. The surrounding grounds and amenities are great. Ed is fantastic to work with. Ed was so warm and personable and after my tour I knew it was the place for me! He even went above and beyond and had the carpet replaced for me before I moved in. Service requests get taken care of almost immediately. They have answered the phone in the office every time I've called. I truly appreciate the wonderful staff that addresses my needs and the maintenance crew that cleans the hallways and elevators on a regular basis. The gym is my favorite amenity, and the dog park definitely has a ton of appeal for my fur baby. The airport is nearby which I expected to create a lot of noise disturbances, but you can’t hear the airplanes from inside your apartment.
