August 22, 2024I’ve lived here for 2 months now, nice experience so far. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because neighbors are very sensitive to noise and it feels like you have to tiptoe around your apt, to try and not upset them, which is very annoying! But other than that, management has been very friendly since the start; and Maintenance completes requests in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2024This apartment is set in a great location near a Walmart and other amenities. There is a nice gym and pool, the units are spacious. The community itself is what may give some people issues. There are lots of people who do not pick up after their dogs, leave their trash out all day, and block the roads. Overall, my negatives have nothing to do with the apartment itself but rather with the overall experience.Property Manager Responded
