Feels like vacation everyday!!
October 16, 2024We recently sold our home and are in the process of building. Aventine Northshore has been perfect for us! It truly feels like you are on vacation everyday! You can cookout and/or lounge by the year-round pool. The workout facility is top-notch and never crowded! There are entertaining areas for family events! It is also within walking distance of several nice bars and restaurants.....which makes it nice for a quick weeknight meal, or a nice weekend date night! There is even live music! ...The office staff goes above and beyond and they have made us feel right at home! Residents are polite, respectful, and friendly! June 25, 2024Recently I secured an apartment at Aventine Northshore and my timeline was very tight. Hannah from the staff at Aventine went above and beyond to guide me through the application process, being responsive to calls and emails, and even staying late to allow documents to be delivered after office hours. Prior to move in during the the punch list review, Hannah took the time to accompany me to inspect an item and immediately in the moment filed the work order to get the item addressed prior to my ...move in. The follow up afterwards to make sure things had been take care of to my satisfaction was timely and sincere. The high level of professionalism and service is the standard from the staff at Aventine. November 25, 2023I am very pleased with Aventine Northshore apartments. It has plenty of amenities and a gorgeous pool with constant fountains. The location is great! The apartments are next to Town Center (there is a Give Guys, Chick-Fil-A, Kroger, and many more) which is extremely close to Pellissippi parkway making the drive into work a breeze. The apartments are nice and there is an abundance of activities. Finally, the office staff are amazing! They make you feel a part of the community. October 1, 2023We have been living at Aventine for 3 months now since relocating from out-of-state and can say it has been a great experience. Being homeowners for 35+ years, renting is a whole new experience. We chose Aventine over many other communities as the amenities are 5 stars, the community extremely well maintained, and all the staff accommodating, helpful, professional and genuinely interested in your positive living experience. We have had a few maintenance issues, and they were completely ...resolved that same day, usually within a couple of hours. Very impressive. The area is beautiful and has the nicest amenities and pool/grill area. The apartment community is safe, and I have not had a single issue with neighbors or other residents. The community holds events multiple times a month, and there are plenty of friendly residents here! Best Place I’ve Lived!
June 27, 2023I moved into Aventine about a month ago, and I can honestly say I’ve never had such a positive experience. Julie was so helpful in getting everything situated for me as I was coming in from out of state, made sure I knew of the upcoming resident events (which happen ALL! THE! TIME!), and answered all of my questions with a smile! The management and staff keep the place absolutely pristine and running like a well oiled machine. Not only that, but the neighbors have to be some of the friendliest ...people in the area!
