October 4, 2024Two years of roof leaks, mold and absolutely living in filth from the leaks. I have sent letters to the parent companies have submitted many maintenance claims and still have water pouring into my bedroom. If you can don’t ever move here and tell everyone you know the same!Property Manager Responded

This place is awful! Avoid it if possible.
July 23, 2024Maintenance is the worst. They they're very sloppy and leave a mess behind them. I often had to fix their "repairs". Office hours are not as officially scheduled, in fact they are rarely open. The complex is filthy with trash often piling up next to broken compactors. Your neighbors are usually noisy and dirty, leaving trash littered everywhere. The facilities are often closed. When I was there, only one pool was ever open, the fitness center was permanently closed, and the laundry had a plywood ...window for over a year. They do not clean these apartments. I moved in to find the most disgusting things left by previous tenants in drawers and corners. You can also expect to have your security deposit taken no matter how clean you leave the place.Property Manager Responded

ZERO STARS RUN AWAY
August 27, 2023NO NO NO NO! The model is the only apartment that looks good. But it's just a bandaid on a landfill. THERE IS AN EXTREME INFESTATION OF ROACHES, BUGS, AND MOLD. This place needs to be shut down by the housing authority. How this place is even open is beyond me. I wonder how many tenants have gotten sick or have suffered health problems that they otherwise would have not had due to the gross, vile, disgusting underlying conditions. Inside the roofs are black mold farms. Their needs to be a class ...action lawsuit against this place. THE TENANTS SHOULD ALL REPORT THIS PLACE TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Maintenance wont fix anything
April 8, 2023I have a roof that has needed to be fixed since before the pandemic, the walls have water damage in areas it really should because there is no plumbing in the area. They use to raise the rent maybe $40 but the last 2 years have been raising it between $114-$15-. This place is not worth the amount they are charging.Property Manager Responded

TERRIBLE
April 30, 2022Honestly this place does not even deserve 1 star. Their description of the property is so far from the truth. Tropical scenery? 1 dumpster is almost always broke the other overflowing into the road. Pools? Closed. Tennis courts? Broken. Gym? Gross. The apartments are outdated, bug infested, and dirty. Horrible
December 31, 2021I wish I’d listened to the reviews before moving here. They towed my car on New Year’s Eve with no warning or notice because I didn’t get a new parking decal yet. The new parking decal info was in an email that got sent to my junk box and they didn’t leave a notice on the door. This place is run down and horrible and they’re more interested in towing cars than doing maintenance.Property Manager Responded

WARNING! Terrible place, horrible management, and even worse property.
November 29, 2021Exterior is run down, even disgusting in some areas. Mgmt and maintenance team do not care. Their poor performance reflects upon the entire complex, it’s embarrassing for me to tell someone I lived there. Management is atrocious
September 13, 2021Had to take my vehicle in to the mechanic and would have a rental vehicle for 2 weeks. Was told I’d need to park in visitor parking, or the vehicle would be towed. Visitor parking is few and far between, and usually fills up by 4:30pm. Management could solve this problem easily, but gets kickback from larsen towing, and would rather have you foot the bill for their incompetence.Property Manager Responded

Roaches, mountains of trash, fire ants, broken A/C, towed vehicle, no returned security deposit
July 10, 2020I lived at the complex for a little over 2 years and couldn't wait to leave. The A/C broke down every couple of months because they didn't want to replace it. Upon first moving in the agent couldn't find my apartment key because supposedly the person cleaning it took it home, so I had to wait for 2 hours while they switched the locks. There were dead roaches and bugs in the cabinets and dishwasher, so apparently they didn't clean it. We had pest control out numerous times. Fire ant hills ...everywhere. The trash compactor broke down a few times and mountains of trash would sit for days on end, numerous times. My car was towed 2 weeks after they notified everyone that a car sticker was necessary and paid $140 to get my car back. They owed us money as a sign of good faith because of the awful move-in experience and kept overcharging us instead because no one could get it right. Cops were there often and someone went around smashing windshields. We gave our 60-day notice, cleaned the apartment better than received and they deducted regular wear and tear cleaning fees, $40 dollars for oven cleaning, $60 carpet cleaning, $50 for a community key that we didn't even receive, considering we didn't even get the original apartment key. $20 for drip pans? We received the security deposit notification 33 days after we moved and 7 months later still haven't received our refund. Worst of worst
March 19, 2020I wish if can attach photos showing hows this complex Is dirty, very unfriendly management who never respond properly. Roaches every where, snakes and wild animals as well as there’s plenty of trash. In general it’s an old complex so AC issues are expected all time with late respond from the maintenance. March 9, 2020Go in person before even considering. Wrap around the complexes. The outsides are covered in lime, no maintenance done to landscaping. Garbage areas are always unkept and front office personnel are unethical and very disorganized. They show you a remodeled version during viewing and then the unit you actually obtain is absolutely disgusting. Bug problems as well.
