Let me just start by saying if I could give this place 0 stars; I would but only because of management and maintenance. The location is great, my neighbors are wonderful. I have lived here 2 years and it’s slowly gone down hill. I live in a “downgraded” apartment, but pay more than what the current leasing rate is for an upgraded unit.

freezes over and cannot maintain temperature so testing the air coming from a vent isn’t diagnosing an issue. Work orders are closed without being addressed, including a major electrical failure that went unresolved for over a month and could have caused a fire because I was powering my living room with extension cords. When things break, they’re patched instead of repaired (for example, my patio screen was glued instead of replaced).
There is a water main leak near my building which has saturated the ground and broken the cement. Honestly if the roots of the big tree weren’t holding it up, we’d probably have a sink hole.
Rent from somewhere else to save yourself a headache.
