I absolutely love my apartment. I was nervous because I haven’t lived in an apartment for 30 years. Morgan in the office has been very helpful and a couple of small issues were fixed very quickly!

Great Place to Live

I love living here it has been great. The maintenance gets to all of our requests even small ones with in a day of me putting in a request. The new management team is on it. After the last manager gave me the wrong apartment Melanie gave me and My husband a call and was able to get us the one we wanted. The new management is a breath of fresh air they are actually doing the things old management promised. All of the amenities are kept up great and we love using the amazing pool! Prices are great ...
and the space you get is even better! 10/10 would recommend!

Love it here

We moved in here around a year ago and have loved it ever since! The pool just opened this year and has been renovated and is the nicest pool I’ve ever seen at an apartment complex. Kit and the maintenance team are the nicest everytime i come across them. Aventine is lucky to have them! The ladies in the office have been great each time i have a question. I would definitely recommend this complex to others!

Horrible management
May 29, 2018
Lived here for a few years now, always paid our rent and have two kids (one of which is just 7 months). I can honestly say the management is horrendous. We are being told our lease will not be newnewed and when asked what for we were given a amile, laughed at and told "they" didn't need a reason. Come to find out it stemmed from a review I made a while back in regards to their trash service here. So because of a less than desirable review we are supposed to move our children at the drop of a ...
dime. Also, the complex is cheaply made, our walls are cracking, the ceiling is cracking, walls are very thin and you can hear conversations all around you. It is very over priced. Looks nice but it's very cheap and poorly built. The maintenance here is a joke and they are not prompt to fix anything at all but when they do it's broke again within a month. If you plan on living here (huge mistake) do not leave an unflattering review because words hurt their feelings.

Perfect Apartment

The Aventine has some great amenities with the pool and workout room. The apartments and grounds are always clean and well taken care of, and the maintenance is always very quick with any repairs. Cynthia is very helpful and easy to work with.

Maintenance Issues
July 13, 2016
I had to take the time to compliment Aventine on maintaining work orders quickly and efficiently. Kit is amazing and takes the time to explain everything. I had an emergency with freezer on Sunday afternoon and he ran over immediately to handle. Aventine is lucky to have him!!!! Also the Manager (Vee) immediately handled my replacement costs for food items. I really appreciate you placing your resident issues first and foremost!!! Thanks again!!!!

We have been living here for three months now. Love our place the people in the community are wonderful. Staff at the complex are very helpful. Our pool is the most amazing one in town. Lots of storage in the apartment nd also more available in site. Garage are not attached to your apartment but are attached to your building. Very happy with our choice

This apartment is pretty sweet looking. Higher quality construction and appliancesg available. Even has courtesy garbage pick up. Close to stores and restaurants but a quiet area. It still has a few finishing touches yet but those will make it even better.
