September 30, 2025The apartment is nice, there have been a few issues that hopefully get resolved quickly, mostly cosmetic and cleaning issues. Communication has been a little spotty but there were a lot of move-ins on the same weekend I moved in.Property Manager Responded

August 16, 2025After living here for a few months I have to say it has been great. They have put some community events together which is a nice way to new people. The property is kept well cleaned and very welcoming.We have had technical problems with outside doors but they have quick to get them fixed.Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2025Aventon Pearl has been an absolute pleasure so far. I moved in last week to a stunning apartment. Everything is brand new and stunning in and outside of my place.
