October 11, 2021We have lived here for a couple of months & when we first moved in our apartment was a nightmare. Flies galore outside of our apartment. There are stray cats run around the complex. The gym is only open during office hours. Homeless/drug addicted people roam the complex night and day. When maintenance fixes the apartment, it isn’t done very professionally. The cabinets are falling apart, I have spoken with other tenants and they too have so many issues with their apartment, and when we complain, ...they take their time to fix. Management is incompetent
January 13, 2021I currently live in these apartments and the management lost my rent money and since bringing the issue to their attention they have not answered my calls nor have they called me back. There office is currently closed due to covid which makes it difficult to settle the matter. I also pay for my undercovered parking and when someone parks in my spot security makes me park off property causing me to take an uber.Property Manager Responded

October 6, 2015I've lived at a few different apartments around Tucson and none of them come close to Aventura. The staff are always extremely helpful and I love how many families there are here. Both of the maintenance people are extremely helpful and friendly. I plan on staying here for as long as can because it's the first apartment I've ever had where the neighbors, and pools are very nice. For anyone whose tired of the same old apartments I would strongly recommend coming to Aventura where the experience is ...serene and wonderful :) I Love this place and all the people who work here. October 6, 2015I would recommend this place anyone. I have lived her for almost a year and going to be more. I love all the staff and the two maintenance people are awesome they work, fix the issue instantly, also helping others even if its not there duty.The apartments are quite, people are kind, never ever any issues, Kids, and landscaping is always perfect, They come every week. You might think the area is kind of not the best but its by the High School, The Highway, and everywhere you need to go is about ...10-15 minutes. There is even the best bus routes if you don't have a car. I have never had a problem here the inside of apartments are perfect and the price is even worth it. Please stop in to take a look.
