      It’s gotten a lot better. Most of these issues were present when I moved in and did the walkthrough, didn’t have a stove for 2 months and back door was broken into. Previous management/staff did absolutely nothing and half assed a lot of the jobs. New staff is doing great.

      The complex is close to many places, such as the supermarket, clothing stores, and other entertainment venues. The location is excellent. The surrounding area is nice and quiet. The complex itself is quiet—typical for the area.
