      Aventura Dunwoody is a great place to reside. It’s pleasant and very quiet. I seen the floor plans of the newly developed apartments and they remind you of remodels that you see on HGTV.

      This management team is incredibly dysfunctional. Maintenence isn't getting done, the dumpster of trash is never unloaded, the construction workers leave trash everywhere, there's no communication, and they don't accept packages.

      If I had to do it all over again I would not. There was much confusion with my lease amount move in date and the area is ok I’m used to gas stations and stores being closer. There is no gate pool is delayed in opening, the upgraded apts are fairly nice I like the kitchen it does come with washer and dryer ceiling fans very well lit.
