July 26, 2024The apartments are decent apartments. You will hear everything your neighbors are doing. The management is nice and friendly. The walking trails are nice and so is the pool. However, many of the amenities have been closed due to construction on the property. I do think the rent is high for the quality of the apartments. Probably will not be moving when my renewal is up. Also, internet is only available through spectrum and it's not very good. Also if you have At&t the cell phone service ...is very poor and typically only have 1 bar at all times.Property Manager Responded

November 9, 2023Everyone is so genuine and helpful! The move in process was clear and to the point. Also, Cherrelle with management is AMAZING!!! She was there with an answer for every question or concern I had. I had to submit a minor maintenance request (to have my waterline turned on for my ice maker) and they were in and out within an hour or so of my request.
