Friendly staff, poor management and cheap build
June 18, 2025The staff are friendly enough, but the bottom line is this is an old complex that’s been spruced up, but not enough. Only Internet option is spectrum, complex is right next to K 10. You can hear the cars all day and all night. The trash compactor is not a major headache, but it just adds to the overall negative feeling about the place.Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2024The apartments are decent apartments. You will hear everything your neighbors are doing. The management is nice and friendly. The walking trails are nice and so is the pool. However, many of the amenities have been closed due to construction on the property. I do think the rent is high for the quality of the apartments. Probably will not be moving when my renewal is up. Also, internet is only available through spectrum and it's not very good. Also if you have At&t the cell phone service ...is very poor and typically only have 1 bar at all times.Property Manager Responded
