It's a great location, incredibly safe & satisfying with easy access to about anything you would want or need to do. Some aspects (pest control, noise, amenities, and dog park) leave more to be desired but it is one of the better apartments in the area.

I am highly impressed so far with how smooth and efficient things run at Adventura Falcon Valley. The whole team has been amazing from Cherrelle in the office and the maintenance time is so timely and friendly. Great experience so far for being here less than a week.

Friendly staff, poor management and cheap build

The staff are friendly enough, but the bottom line is this is an old complex that’s been spruced up, but not enough.
Only Internet option is spectrum, complex is right next to K 10. You can hear the cars all day and all night. The trash compactor is not a major headache, but it just adds to the overall negative feeling about the place.
