April 9, 2026I enjoy living here. The community is very nice. I think we could have things fixed a bit sooner but I know it can be difficult if there are staffing changes. Overall, I really like living here.Review from Apartments.com
Very Spacious - 280 Traffic
April 7, 2026I love the apartment! The 1 bed renovated is very spacious. Kitchen can sometimes feel small, but makes up for it with the living room, bedroom, and closet. Only downside is the entrance/exit onto 280. Very hard to get in and out sometimes with the traffic coming down from Chelsea. Other than that, would love to live here again. Only leaving because it is kind of a drag from downtown. Live here if you like a calm, very pretty landscape, and spacious apartment!Review from Apartments.com

December 30, 2025Since moving in we loved it here. The office staff is wonderful. The neighbors are great and the space has been everything advertised. My kids have enjoyed the neighborhood and the game room. My favorite thing so far was the Trunk o TreatReview from Apartments.com

December 28, 2025Great Community Living Living here has been a wonderful experience. The complex feels like a true community, with fun activities that help neighbors connect. The staff is friendly, and the neighbors are amazing; always ready to help without hesitation. Walking around feels safe and welcoming, and the property is pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for animal lovers! Another highlight is the location. The complex is situated in a safe, accessible area with nearby shopping, dining, and ...entertainment options. Whether you need groceries, want to grab a coffee, or plan a night out, everything is just a short drive away. Commuters will appreciate the easy access to major roads, making travel to work or school stress-free. The only drawback is maintenance response time, which can take two weeks or more. Given the size of the complex and limited staff, this is understandable, but worth noting. December 24, 2025Apartment living comes with its own set of uniquenesses. That being said, I have really enjoyed my time here at Aventura Oak Mountain. I have nicknamed my apartment “resting place.” And I truly do live in a restful environment. I rarely hear my neighbors which is almost nearly impossible to experience. Maintenance has always responded quickly to my requests and the office staff have always been available when additional support is needed. While this may seem an odd bonus, their parking spots are ...huge! I appreciate not having to fight to get out of my vehicle and if the person next to me doesn’t know how to park…there is still room! Being a dog mom I get frustrated often with other pet owners as they are not diligent with picking up after their pets. The complex has many pick up stations and they provide bags. So tenants don’t even have to purchase bags…and yet they don’t pick up.Property Manager Responded
