October 27, 2025We have been living here about 3 weeks now and we have loved it! The speed bumps entering the property are rough on your car but they aren't too bad. Other than that we don't have complaints. The amenities are always clean and the neighborhood is nice!Property Manager Responded

October 10, 2025I have definitely enjoyed living here and meeting some of my neighbors by the pool side. They are always hosting small events at the front office or having food trucks. I feel very safe in this environment and the staff makes an effort to fix your issues when they arise. August 14, 2025So far I’ve had a package stolen from my door and I’ve only been able to park at my building Twice since I’ve moved in. I usually park at Building 9 or the Clubhouse due to all the non residents parking in residents spots. This includes the Handicap Parking spots too. July 24, 2025My main complaint is gross stairwells. I’m embarrassed to invite anyone over because the stairwell and landing by my apartment has bird poop and some other unknown substance on it. Also, floors are paper thin, I’ve had a neighbor complain about me making too much noise, and the people above me sound like they are building a house, when I know they are just living life. Parking is hard at night, there are so many people parking in resident parking that don’t have decals, that when I get home from ...work late I have to hunt for a space.
