January 20, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThis is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The office staff, Claire and Pam, are very easy going, helpful and responsive. The maintenance staff is prompt to address any issues, as well as professional and friendly. The complex is beautiful inside and out and extremely well maintained. I highly recommend Aventura at Richmond!

I was in a two bedroom one bathroom with a very spacious living room dining space area which made having people over at my apartment enjoyable!
