Ok apartment- nothing special
February 1, 2019Pros: 1) apartments have big ceilings and good ac units. 2) decent carpet and bathrooms. 3) kitchens are nice but could use marble countertops. Cons: 1) very overpriced for this area. Rent is way too much for what you get. They could at least put in some park benches or maybe a picnic table? 2) apartment staff are very rude to tenants. They seem very unhappy with their jobs/lives and that is noticed by tenants. 3) the apartment is super loud. I’m currently on the second floor and I hear ...everything above and below me. It’s constantly hard to to relax and get a good nights sleep. 4)you have to pay extra for vallet trash but they only let you put one bag in the box at a time. I’d rather walk the trash to the dumpster and save the $20 a month. 5) this apartment may be good for short term leases 6 months or less. Overall, do not recommend unless you want a stressful living environment. It does not feel like I’m home when I’m here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Quiet, park-like feel we call home!
April 19, 2018We have all the amenities we need or could ever want in our place! The Management staff are always friendly and truly one of the best in town! I love the park-like feel we have and our spacious 3 bedroom apartment. We are lucky to have so much at our disposable in Ellisville from shopping, dining and our beautiful state parks and conservation areas for a great nature walk.Review from Apartments.com
