I like living at Avenue 900 because I feel that this is a pretty safe community. I love the fact that you can walk through the neighborhood without any problems. I also like the apartments. Justin who works in the office is also the best. He is very cheerful and kind. He’s also attentive and just the best. That’s why I like living here.

I have been here over 5yrs and I LOVE IT here! The staff is so friendly and always there if anything should come up. The grounds are kept clean and its nice and quiet here. It really is a lovely little community. We even have children playing outside daily, rare these days. Maintenance is top notch and FAST! You do not have to wait for stuff to get done around here. They are on their game!

Great quiet place to live. Community is quiet and clean. The staff was great and professional. Easy to apply and move. I got approved same day and moved in same day. Amenities are great and great location. Lower rent than most places for the things you can get here.

If you are looking for immaculate apartments and town-homes, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a safe place to live with some decent amenities and great accessibility to roads and highways, currently that describes Avenue 900 but I cannot speak for the future. Staff are nice and attentive but corporate needs to step off and stay in their lane.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment. The unit itself is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff here are incredibly helpful, professional, and always quick to respond whenever I have a question or need assistance. It's clear they care about the residents and take pride in their work.
