Love it here!
March 25, 2026I have been here over 5yrs and I LOVE IT here! The staff is so friendly and always there if anything should come up. The grounds are kept clean and its nice and quiet here. It really is a lovely little community. We even have children playing outside daily, rare these days. Maintenance is top notch and FAST! You do not have to wait for stuff to get done around here. If you're looking for a safe place to live with some decent amenities and great accessibility to roads and highways, currently that describes Avenue 900 but I cannot speak for the future.
