    If you are looking for immaculate apartments and town-homes, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a safe place to live with some decent amenities and great accessibility to roads and highways, currently that describes Avenue 900 but I cannot speak for the future. Staff are nice and attentive but corporate needs to step off and stay in their lane.

    Everything is excellent. Everything is very good. The only thing which I don’t like is the corridors are very, very dirty super dirty and I already told them in the office so many times but I see no change otherwise everything is perfect.

    Overall very nice people to work with but trash and cleanliness of the hallways have become a challenge. The team is working towards getting this on a better schedule I hope.
