August 24, 2025Pool had algae for over 3 days. Manager did not let people know, multiple people exposed to bacteria and bleach. Manager closed pool but still chose to not let community know. City of mckinney and health department will be getting test results.Property Manager Responded
August 28, 2025It is disappointing for us to hear that your experience was anything less than great. The pool did have to be closed to stabilize the chemicals. The Community Manager emailed the residents soon after the service team closed the pool. Please feel free to contact the Community Manager with any additional concerns.

You’ll Love This Community
June 10, 2025Avenues at Craig Ranch is the whole package. The office staff includes Lisa, Elizabeth and Erin and they’re wonderful. The property if beautiful with mature trees too. I must mention that there is a lot of open parking for guests and residents.Property Manager Responded

Excellent Property in Mckinney
June 3, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Avenues at Craig Ranch! The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location—quiet yet close to everything you need. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible support from the leasing office staff. Lisa, Elizabeth, and Erin have been absolutely amazing! They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Whether it's helping with move-in, maintenance requests, or just making sure ...everything runs smoothly, their dedication and kindness have made a big difference in my experience here.
