Pool
August 24, 2025Pool had algae for over 3 days. Manager did not let people know, multiple people exposed to bacteria and bleach. Manager closed pool but still chose to not let community know. City of mckinney and health department will be getting test results.Property Manager Responded
August 28, 2025It is disappointing for us to hear that your experience was anything less than great. The pool did have to be closed to stabilize the chemicals. You’ll Love This Community
June 10, 2025Avenues at Craig Ranch is the whole package. The office staff includes Lisa, Elizabeth and Erin and they’re wonderful. The property if beautiful with mature trees too. I must mention that there is a lot of open parking for guests and residents.Property Manager Responded
