Anytime we submit a maintenance request they promptly take care of it. Nelson, the head of the maintenance team, is amazing. He is always available to take care of anything. The ladies in the office are also top notch, willing to assist with anything we need.

Pool had algae for over 3 days. Manager did not let people know, multiple people exposed to bacteria and bleach. Manager closed pool but still chose to not let community know. City of mckinney and health department will be getting test results.

Avenues at Craig Ranch is the whole package. The office staff includes Lisa, Elizabeth and Erin and they’re wonderful. The property if beautiful with mature trees too. I must mention that there is a lot of open parking for guests and residents.
