Avenues at Cypress
December 10, 2024My family and I have been living here and we adore this apartment complex. The main reason is the staff!! Jessica (the manager) Alecia, and Emily are Professional, Empathetic and Knowledgeable! Always around to help!! The maintenance staff, Jose Manuel, Oscar and Christian are vey professional, empathetic and reliable. They are the hardest working guys and extremely helpful. Definitely the best place we have ever lived, quiet, clean and beautiful. Definitely a 5 star environment.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful slice of Cypress Life
September 4, 2024In all the busyness of Cypress, there's a quaint apartment community that's quiet and seems to have great parking. I've visited many communities and I always ask about parking and it's always one of the biggest complaints from residents, from no spots available to cars being on blocks. I've visited this place many times over several months on different days to see how busy it would be. The management team are always smiling and residents are walking their dogs or running on the treadmills. Seems ...like a great place to live so we signed a lease and are moving in!Property Manager Responded

We feel at peace here

Pest control fee
July 22, 2018They charge you a $22 a Month pest control fee however the company they use for pest control went out of business. And since they went out of business the roaches are back.Review from Apartments.com
Not so much.
July 14, 2018Within a week of moving in the garage and disposal back up and overflowed throughout the kitchen. Apparently its my fault the prior tenants left behind food in he drains that it would back up. Ceiling fans are useless as they wobble and keep you up all night long. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from both neighbors. -Thanks for that. Not that it's the fault of the apartment but cell phone reception in the complex doesn't exist. There is definite a roach / spider / pest ...problem. We received notice that the exterminator quit and they could not find a replacement. Front office is less then willing to help when issues arise and are non-existent after hours.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
