If I could give A dry Dania Point -10 stars I would. Absolutely the WORST “luxury “ experience ever since moving here 2 years ago. Management must suffer from PTSD because when approached a defensive attitude is displayed. The property is a complete and utter unmitigated disaster and hazard. Filth, mold, trash, and pungent odors permeate the property. Safety and security isn’t just an afterthought; it’s nonexistent. The cost of “luxury” is an insult to the decency of hard working professionals. ...

There is mold in the walls of the apartment. Most of the amenities listed you have to pay for. The parking garage is not owned by the building but if you have more than one car you have to pay the apartment extra rent money. The garage has had multiple break ins and theft. Two motorcycles were stolen in less than two months. Management wouldn’t even show the owners the video of the theft. Also lied to residents that asked if this theft happened and told them no. Property is not secured multiple ...
doors are broken to enter the property and random people have been caught on ring cameras coming in and trying to open peoples doors. Hallways are dirty and neighbors are inconsiderate and loud. This place is a joke.

Not worth the price. Carpets in hallways are constantly dirty. Management does not take care of broken things around the property. If you have a problem in your apartment, expect to have to harass management for weeks to months before they will fix the problem. They never answer the phone and go home before they say the office closes almost every day. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away. You have been warned.

Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. While we appreciate the feedback, we would like to address the issues mentioned in this review and the actions we took to resolve them. We clean the hallway carpet twice a month, vacuum weekly, and strive to answer every call we receive. There are some instances where a call may not be answered; however, we have a 24/7 line for residents to reach us after-hours. Additionally, we complete maintenance requests in the order they're received; however, emergency request have priority. We are also here everyday, but there are times when we might need to step out of the office, such as when we walk the property and unit parking garage. We're here to assist you with any questions or concerns you have about your living experience.

It’s like living in the city where everything is within your reach, but still having calmness of suburban life AND every day vacation retreat - best of all worlds!
Area: Great location. Restaurants, bars, comedy club, bowling, beauty salons, new MOVIE THEATER, grocery store and all you need is right on the plaza and no need to take the car :) Minutes from FLL airport and i95 and only 25 min from Miami International. Building: well kept (thanks to the new management of Avery and consistent ...
progress is made every day). Nothing is ever perfect anywhere and living in a shared space (building) there will always be people that are unfortunate and don’t know how to respect others around them (I mean leaving trash by the door or not cleaning up after their pets). Fortunately, office staff (and security) walk through the building several times a day and take care of any issues. This building is like it’s own “city” )) My uncle lives in high end luxury building in Fort Lauderdale, paying almost double, and they do not even have hot tub! - we do! And after working out in our own private, fully equipped gym, hot tub is a must! There were several months when hot tub was not working due to broken part that had been on back order due to Covid situation and shortage of supply but that has now been fixed ? Other amenities include private office for those that work from home, big club house (nicely designed!) with living room setting oversized TV. Pool table and poker table room as well as penthouse like outside party space. Pet friendly building (cats, dogs.. as long as you can prove your 4-legged (or flying creature) family member is up to date with proper vaccines, which I think is fair). Building management: Exceptional! Margarita and her assistant manager are always very attentive and responsive (and I mean lighting FAST responsive). It means a lot to live in a place you rent and yet you feel “home” because there is always someone that will immediately respond and care for any issue that may come up. And it has everything to do with organizational skills of property management team and their drive to make Avery Pointe the place to be! I don’t know everyone behind the scenes that make this place the best to live in, but Margarita and Stephen have done exceptional job thus far for me and my family! So grateful!

Not big on writing reviews but I feel it is important for potential residents to consider all opinions of those that have live here. I have been a resident of Avery Dania Pointe since December of 2020. From day one, with Chrissy as a manager and Margarita, as an assistant manager, I have had only positive experience. the property manager earlier this year, we have had many additional measures that she and her team have implemented to keep the building in good shape and make the experience of living in Avery Dania Pointe pleasurable. I work from home and see the amount of hard work building management puts into this property. I have lived here long enough to see some miserable people that would blame rainy day on the management of the property and this is unacceptable. My experience here and neighbors I know has been amazing. Office staff is always responsive and goes above and beyond to help residents and make their living here comfortable. Utmost care for the property that Margarita, Stephen and rest of their staff is providing on daily basis is reason enough to live at Avery Dania Pointe.

I love my large balcony and closet space. There is a large area to safely walk at all hours of the day or night. I do feel safe here. I love the parking garage. The residents are friendly and helpful. Now the bad things. 1 drawer in kitchen. Ceiling fan in living room is not centered. No toilet paper holder in 2nd bathroom and never fixed. No towel bars NEAR the shower. Since moving in, my great balcony view has been blocked by 10% and soon will be blocked completely and the rent increased ...
by 25%. Pet owners let their pets urinate and poop in hallways. stairways and in the parking garage without cleaning it up. Lots of trash in parking garage. Lately, the elevators have been working but many times they have been under repair. The jacuzzi has been out of commission for approx 4 months. The pool furniture is badly stained. I've been told for 12 months that the theater room would be opened soon, but still not opened as yet. I was told that once a month there would be a resident activity. That's happened 3 times in 15 months. I tried to get some screens for my windows and sliding glass doors approved. I was told to buy them and then see if they would be approved. I couldn't get any specifications for them before purchasing them. Even saying all that, if the rent stayed the same or raised only 5% or so, I probably would have stayed.
