okay property, very expensive
January 3, 2024This property is decent but not what you are charged in rent for. They say its "luxury" but it's not at all. They might have quartz counter tops, but they picked the cheapest appliances, they have custom doors, so you pay $500 to replace them if they are damaged yet the carpet is the cheapest, they find. This isn't luxury at all.... The property is over packed with cars so you have nowhere to park, they say you can park in your driveway except they put stickers on your car if it's not parked ...correctly. The rent goes up constantly and is WAY OVERPRICED. There are no amenities at all, except for some trashed parked they have where a bunch of kids leave their garbage, there's a reason this place is a rotating door, and most people leave after 1-year or less.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
