October 6, 2025The Avery is well-situated near Temple University campus, an easy 12-minute walk to my classes. There are various restaurants nearby to choose from and a local grocery store within a 2-minute walk. Each floor features laundry facilities accessible throughout the week; please be mindful of when others may be using the machines. My only complaint about the studio apartment is that the kitchen is relatively small, so you need to do your dishes after every meal. I pay extra for the top floor, and ...it's worth the view. The staff, maintenance, and security are fantastic. They always work hard to ensure everyone is being taken care of! I recommend living here if you're a Temple student for sure!Property Manager Responded

We have been working to address your concerns with pest control on site weekly, common areas treated as a precaution, bait stations placed outside, and following all guidance of pest control. While we do not have any construction ongoing, we understand that being in the city, right by Temple university, there may be construction outside.
