February 3, 2026The office is run by a bunch of 20–somethings who are generally unhelpful. I’ve had many issues with my neighbors violating their lease and the leasing office never does anything about it. One time I reported that my neighbors were having a domestic argument and security did not even come upstairs to check it out. It makes me feel unsafe. When the alarm system goes off, they do not communicate with residents at all. It leaves us wondering what is going on and if we are safe. Terrance the ...concierge is the best and one of the few kind people who work here. He is reliable and helpful. January 27, 2026I really enjoy the shared facilities provided in the residence, such as the common areas and amenities, which make daily life much more convenient and comfortable. These spaces also create opportunities to relax and interact with other residents. However, I do hope that environmental hygiene can be further improved, especially in shared spaces. Strengthening regular cleaning and maintenance would help ensure a healthier and more pleasant living environment for everyone. January 12, 2026After being here for half a year I feel like the positives of living at this place do not matter to me. I don’t, but if you are looking for the dorm style living, gated security, study rooms, fully furnished, and don’t want a lot of roommates or any, come here. Your going to find more expensive options other places and farther however there are major downsides to living here. I can hear everything, the rooms next to us and down the hall. The walls are paper thin, I hear microwaves, the sink, and ...tiktoks coming from the next door. They have cockroaches all of my friends who live in the same building (different floors)as me has had the same issue. The plumbing, the sinks smell terrible and we asked about it and we were advised to buy Draino but nothing seems to work or be a permanent fix. The space is small, the living room, bedroom, and bathroom is small. You will find much bigger spaces in Kardon or University Village for a larger price.Property Manager Responded

December 30, 2025Great place to live during college, a dorm-ish vibe, and the amenities are nice. The building and amenities are clean. The gym is good and the printers are also convenient. Some units have a roach issue though.Property Manager Responded
