Overall, I'm really happy with my apartment at Avery at Town Centre Commons. It's in a great location, close to downtown Brentwood, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, unique, and has a lot of storage, which has made it easy to settle in and think of it as home. I plan to live here for a long time.

The process from application to move in was extremely quick and really no issues whatsoever. The agents were excellent! I havent lived in an apartment for years and I must say. Pleasantly surprised. Also Avery is by far the cleanest and nicest apartments in the area.

I have lived here for 14 years. I have loved it, however this is the worst maintenance service, I have seen in 14 years. I have been through a lot of different apartment managers, however I haven't had any communication about my work orders unless I initiate it.
