Warning: Do not sign a lease at Avery Apartments at Turkey Creek. I signed my renewal lease in February without being informed of ongoing construction at a development site right next door that appears to be a housing development. They are only in the groundwork stage right now, so construction will obviously continue for a very long time. legal eight AM threshold. I have documented noise as early as four forty seven AM, consisting of constant, relentless beeping that continues throughout the entire day, including during lunch hours, weekends, and holidays. As a work-from-home professional and homeschooling parent, this has made my apartment essentially unlivable. I cannot use my balcony, open my windows, use the clubhouse or pool, or maintain a productive work environment. When I brought this to Harbor Management Group, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend this community to anyone seeking a peaceful living environment.
