November 18, 2025I love this place ! The building is kept in great condition, in all respects, and even the small things are covered. The staff is fantastic - always friendly and helpful. August 25, 2025Just mentioning things that I’m seeing, nothing to do with the staff who are normally quite helpful. People are leave their trash sitting in the chute instead of pushing it down. Last night. I opened the compactor door to see someone’s trash on the floor - pizza boxes, an empty milk container. Smoking/vaping at the pool and on balconies.Review from Apartments.com

May 30, 2025Really a great community here at Aviah! Both the office and maintenance are incredible and super helpful. Also Aviah has created a very wonderful community with great neighbors that will actually acknowledge and speak to you. I know that is a very low bar but I previously lived in a building that could not meet that bar. Just a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

Not only the place is beautiful but also Mark keeps the place is his own, super good maintenance, prompt responses to maintenance requests, the whole crew is super friendly and always willing to help, and the screening they do for the tenants ensures that only well-behaved people gets in. The place has that family-cozy environment where you can really feel at home at not in a college dorm. We are in our 2nd term and want to renew again.Property Manager Responded

April 3, 2025I have only been living at Aviah Flagler Village since December 2024, but I love it ! When I came to tour the property I was met with a gorgeous beautiful smell, the inside of the building smells soooo good I had to ask what it was ! But in addition the building is kept exceptionally clean, the maintenance staff is amazing ! If you put a work order is it handled immediately! The building murals are beautiful and give it a nice vibe ! Also Elizabeth at the office is wonderful! We absolutely love ...living at Aviah! Definitely recommend it!Property Manager Responded
