I absolutely love living at Aviah! I have met some of my closest friends living here, and truly feel like I am a part of the community. I 100% plan on renewing my lease, and as long as I am in Fort Lauderdale, this will be my home.

Living here has been the gold at the end of my Rainbow. Anytime I have a problem it is handled within hours. This time was no exception. My washer was handled within a couple of hours. I can’t think the staff enough for all they do.

I love this place ! The building is kept in great condition, in all respects, and even the small things are covered. The staff is fantastic - always friendly and helpful. And I really like the night security personnel, as they always seem to be there looking out for our safety.

Just mentioning things that I’m seeing, nothing to do with the staff who are normally quite helpful. People are leave their trash sitting in the chute instead of pushing it down. Last night. I opened the compactor door to see someone’s trash on the floor - pizza boxes, an empty milk container. Smoking/vaping at the pool and on balconies.

Really a great community here at Aviah! Both the office and maintenance are incredible and super helpful. Also Aviah has created a very wonderful community with great neighbors that will actually acknowledge and speak to you. I know that is a very low bar but I previously lived in a building that could not meet that bar. Just a great place to live.

We love living here! Not only the place is beautiful but also Mark keeps the place is his own, super good maintenance, prompt responses to maintenance requests, the whole crew is super friendly and always willing to help, and the screening they do for the tenants ensures that only well-behaved people gets in. The place has that family-cozy environment where you can really feel at home at not in a college dorm. We are in our 2nd term and want to renew again.
