HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
September 23, 2021This place has very poor management, people got called police on them multiple times for no reason by management and they have bugs everywhere. I would not recommend anyone to live here. No one ever takes care of maintenance requests. It's so hard to get anyone to answer a phone call or an email. They are rude and could care less about you as a resident. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Review from Apartments.com
Shady business
April 12, 2018If you don’t like walking into mold and spiders when you first move in, don’t move here. If you like your pool mold/dirt free, don’t move here. If you don’t like your money getting lost, don’t move here. If you don’t want to go through hassle to control noisy neighbors, don’t move here. If you don’t like fees being easily slapped on your account over things that you can’t even control, definitely don’t move here!!! They are money hungry and don’t care about their residents...no matter how much ...proof you have that YOU were in the right...they don’t care, they just want money. Shady business. Don’t get me wrong, Theresa and Laura are nice ...it’s whoever is above them that makes them do the dirty work while never showing her/his face and being completely unreachable. I hate that this was the first place I chose to move to Charleston because the stress from living at this complex messes with my experience here.
