Great community, great home
September 21, 2025We had a welcoming home and community when we lived in Aviara. As one of the first occupants of the apartment complex in May 2024, I can say unequivocally that the experience was great. Zak, Susan, and Valentina were very welcoming and gave us a one-of-a-kind customer services. For the three maintenance issues we had, the maintenance team were poised to work and resolved them immediately. Aviara is at the heart of Mountain House parks and amenities. Renters beware
November 10, 2024Worst rental experience in 20 years. Poor craftsmanship, huge gaps in the baseboards, not sealed at all. Appliances that don’t work properly, front door tech that doesn’t work. Ant infestation for the last 4 months. One month after I moved in I was assaulted by my downstairs neighbor, yet management did nothing. AC unit malfunctioned right after moving in, caused damage. Homeless people living in the parking lot. People that do not live here using the pool and workout room. And they keep charging ...us for water and garbage from previous months, so shady. Beautiful community and great staff
September 13, 2024I have lived at Aviara for 5 months and love it hear. I was one of the first renters here and that was pretty cool. Everything is brand new and the staff is amazing.
