They don’t care about their tenants
March 2, 2025The fourth floor has been vibrating all winter and it’s driving me crazy. My bones are rattling to their core as I write this. The only way to sleep is with earplugs and a white noise machine blasting. Moving to any dump after this will be like heaven.Review from Apartments.com

Really bad management!
January 16, 2024Management lacks customer service, customer satisfaction, and any sense of customer support! If you want to deal with a ton of drama from unclean shared spaces, parking issues, car damage and theft every two weeks, pet waste left uncleaned for weeks, damaged amenity areas with a non working coffee machine and damaged bbq grills, come live in this place.Property Manager Responded

Can't wait to leave
September 17, 2023New Management is horrible. Hallways are FILTHY. Trash, Roaches, Dog pee & poop in hallways and entry ways. No one ever answers phone. Marijuana odor all day, everyday. Neighbors loud & partying every weekend Car break ins. AC constantly breaking down, no AC for DAYS in summer heat. Entry doors propped open so anyone can walk in. Coffee station NEVER has coffee. Horrible New Management Company
August 23, 2022Stay far away. The new management team is unprofessional and unresponsive. The parking lot lights have not worked for over 3 weeks, which presents major safety concerns and accessibility challenges. The grounds are not maintained, the hallways are filthy, and the valet trash service is a waste of many.Review from Apartments.com
