March 20, 2026I have been living in a three bedroom, two bath apartment at Avida Apartments for five months and I have been quite comfortable and happy. My guests have a difficult time finding my apartment because the building number is hidden. I have had to walk out to find guests and food delivery people. Always make sure to tell anyone visiting that towing is heavily enforced. Especially at night. If it's a quick drop off of food or something like that, just make sure they know to leave their hazard ...lights on. If you have guests visiting and they need to park, be sure to tell them ahead of time that parking is next to impossible to find for guests because only street parking is available for guests. A lot of residents use the street parking for extra vehicles, or vehicles that need repair. The earlier your guests arrive during the day the easier parking is to find.Property Manager Responded

March 4, 2026There is bird poop everywhere on the stairs it is absolutely disgusting and trashy. I’m embarrassed to even bring people over it’s that bad. The trash overflows at times. January 30, 2026For the most part I like living here. I like the inside of my apartment. I like the size. I do think the stairs and corridors are gross and dirty.
