January 17, 2026clean, maintenance is fast although often a very temporary fix. Wish the lil was open more but that is a residents issue. Not as noisy as you'd expect and the corner store is a great perk. Mail has been an issue for me, though. Often in the wrong mailbox, or mailboxes will change without making you aware. All gets ironed out, though, and jordan and Maddie have been very helpfulReview from Apartments.com

November 30, 2025The apartment itself looks good, not much damage and pretty up to date. Outside the apartment is a different story, absolutely terrible parking situation and they don’t seem to care whatsoever about it, bird poop is a problem, the hallway and stairs are a bit of a mess. The office staff have been nothing but helpful and nice. Root of the problem seems to be the money hungry complex owners.Review from Apartments.com

November 23, 2025I love living here. The management is a key factor in me staying. Jordan works hard to make this apartment complex a community. We love out home and the amenities Avida provides. I always get a parking spot close to my unit, the pool is clean and open year round. Maintenance is timely and knowledgeable.
