January 30, 2026For the most part I like living here. I like the inside of my apartment. I like the size. I do think the stairs and corridors are gross and dirty. The ceilings out there are peeling and look like they are going to crumble. There is trash all over. Bird poop as well.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026While I tend to be on the introverted/reserved side, I do appreciate a lot of the effort and work the staff does for overall experience. So, despite having attended them due to scheduling conflicts, the different events and community bonding things being available at actual times for those who work to also attend is great. Even the little bits, like with the pet thanksgiving event happening, to be considerate of those with sensitive animals who wouldn't be able to attend, the offering of still ...getting a goodie bag. January 17, 2026clean, maintenance is fast although often a very temporary fix. Wish the lil was open more but that is a residents issue. Not as noisy as you'd expect and the corner store is a great perk. Mail has been an issue for me, though. Often in the wrong mailbox, or mailboxes will change without making you aware.
