February 18, 2026Not a bad apartment place but the loud cars at night make it hard to sleep….. Management could be better at addressing concerns from residents we had a mail problem and I went to the office to discuss the situation they said they would send out an email to residents regarding my lost package and never did!Property Manager Responded

January 16, 2026I love living at Avida, but my usual complaint with my Upstairs Neighbor who walks hard all night and have no consideration for anyone. I have put in a complaint to the office but it doesn't help. Other than that the building I live in is clean and well kept.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2026So far so good. Getting started was a pretty smooth process, staff helped a lot and made sure my questions were all answered. December 12, 2025We are beyond happy about our choice to move here. It’s quiet, clean, and peaceful. I am so happy. We hunted for a place for weeks until we came across Avida. I am beyond obsessed with my kitchen and my husband about the huge master bathroom LOL. Carlos at the office was about phenomenal throughout the ENTIRE process. Extremely transparent. October 7, 2025Not the best parking situation, should be assigned so random people dont come and take parking….. Also at night the road is very loud with people racing and loud cars, there should be more police patrols around…. and lasty the pool area should be well guarded against random people who dont live here showing up and using it…..Property Manager Responded
