April 1, 2026I’ve really enjoyed living in this community. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, and one of my favorite things is looking out at the pond watching the wildlife. it’s such a relaxing feature that makes this place feel special. The community events and food trucks are also a huge plus. It’s clear that management puts effort into creating a fun and welcoming environment for residents. The only minor downside I’ve noticed is occasional noise from other residents, but that’s pretty typical ...in apartment living and not something management directly controls. Overall, I’m very happy here and would definitely recommend this community to others!Property Manager Responded

February 18, 2026Not a bad apartment place but the loud cars at night make it hard to sleep….. Management could be better at addressing concerns from residents we had a mail problem and I went to the office to discuss the situation they said they would send out an email to residents regarding my lost package and never did!Property Manager Responded

January 16, 2026I love living at Avida, but my usual complaint with my Upstairs Neighbor who walks hard all night and have no consideration for anyone. I have put in a complaint to the office but it doesn't help. Other than that the building I live in is clean and well kept.Property Manager Responded

December 12, 2025We are beyond happy about our choice to move here. It’s quiet, clean, and peaceful. I am so happy. We hunted for a place for weeks until we came across Avida. I am beyond obsessed with my kitchen and my husband about the huge master bathroom LOL. Carlos at the office was about phenomenal throughout the ENTIRE process. Extremely transparent. November 18, 2025Overall loving the vibe here! Feels clean, new and like a new home for me. To be honest there is just a lot more space overall than I thought but it’s refreshing. I love the closet space , the amenities in the clubhouse and just the overall pricing was good too.Property Manager Responded
