Avivdty Living Apartments offer a decent living experience with some positives and areas for improvement. The location is convenient, and the community feels welcoming. However, maintenance response times could be quicker, and some amenities seem a bit outdated. Overall, it’s an okay place to live if you’re looking for something affordable but don’t expect luxury.

Very nice apartment . The leasing office was very helpful throughout my application process. Nice pool area and lounge area.super close to a lot of common areas eos is just a 2 minute walk and the mall is like 5 minutes away lots of restaurants nearby and things to do in the area. It has a little pond area area.

I’ve lived at Avidity Living for a little over 3 years, and while the apartments themselves are nice, the overall resident experience has gone downhill significantly.
My biggest issue has been management and maintenance responsiveness. I recently had a problem with my kitchen sink disposal and did not get a meaningful response for about two weeks. When someone finally came out, I was told they did not have the right tools and would return the next day. That did not happen. After another long ...
delay and no real follow-up, my wife had to call the emergency line just to get someone’s attention. Eventually, the property manager and an office staff member came and tried to fix it themselves by doing the same basic thing maintenance had already done. It briefly worked, but very loudly, and I was told someone would come back within a week to replace it. That still did not inspire much confidence, and now the disposal motor is dead. Not to mention the requests that get noted as “completed” but no work was done. Even the simplest request takes weeks to even get a response. My expectation is never to have things fixed right away, however having to consistently wait 2-3 weeks for an acknowledgement is unacceptable.
That experience really captures the larger issue here: things feel improvised instead of properly handled. Over the time I’ve lived here, I’ve seen the property experience decline, especially in terms of responsiveness and follow-through. “Comfort living” should mean more than a decent-looking apartment. It should also mean reliable maintenance, clear communication, and management that treats long-term residents fairly.
There have been multiple reviews posted about security gates always being open. I’ve also had concerns about security and access issues, including times when gates were open and building entry access did not seem consistently secure. To this day those issues are not resolved. At a minimum, that has added to my frustration about how the property is being managed.
Most recently, I was also surprised by new pet-related charges that were not clearly addressed upfront during my renewal process, which only added to my concern about transparency.
This will be my last lease here. The apartments may look nice, but prospective residents should pay close attention to how management communicates, how maintenance issues are handled, and whether the overall experience matches what is being advertised.

Our pet fees and monthly pet rent are consistent for all residents with pets and have been part of our community standards since the property opened. These charges are not new, and they are applied equally across the board for every resident.
Regarding maintenance and communication, our team tracks and completes a high volume of service requests daily, and we expect all work orders to be handled thoroughly and accurately. Requests should not be marked complete unless the work has been addressed, and follow-up should always occur when additional repairs are needed. We are actively reinforcing these expectations with our team to ensure consistency in execution.
As for community operations such as gate functionality and access control, these systems are routinely monitored and serviced. While there can be intermittent issues with high-traffic entry points, they ...

From the day I moved in, my apartment has smelled like bacon. Despite deep cleaning, using air fresheners, and candles, the smell has never gone away. I was told it would be addressed, but no one has ever followed up. I also had to throw away food multiple times due to a malfunctioning fridge. After four or five service requests, it was finally replaced. Maintenance is hit or miss.
