February 14, 2026From the day I moved in, my apartment has smelled like bacon. Despite deep cleaning, using air fresheners, and candles, the smell has never gone away. I was told it would be addressed, but no one has ever followed up. I also had to throw away food multiple times due to a malfunctioning fridge. After four or five service requests, it was finally replaced. Maintenance is hit or miss. They don’t call ahead to schedule appointments even when requested, and the office staff is rarely in the office or ...responsive to phone calls. At times, I’ve called for days with no answer or return call, which makes it feel like they don’t prioritize tenants or new residents. The positive side is the location is very convenient, and the neighbors make it a pleasant community. But overall, the lack of responsiveness and upkeep from management makes living here far more frustrating than it should be.Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2025It’s okay. It can be better I would like to renew my lease but it’s little things that forces me not to. I’ve had a maintenance request since I moved in my lease is over in 4 months and it still haven’t been resolved. I noticed A LOT OF PEST, pest control does nothing.
