I am fairly new to Avidor and I've only been here one year. However, I find all the residents that I have met of, of which there were many, have been warm, friendly and inviting. It is a clean and welcoming building. The activities are wonderful and present many opportunities for us as residents. So far I'm very happy here.

I moved to Avidor when I retired. It has everything that I need and more, The staff is amazing and very creative. I was able to bring my dog and there is a small outdoor play area . There are lots of activities and classes. Let’s not forget. The Pool and surrounding area where one can cook on the grill and relax My apartment is very comfortable, with a washer dryer and a patio

The Avidor Evanston is an adult community apartment building. You will find ALL staff in ALL departments to be outstanding. Fitness classes are taught by professionals. There are many social events sponsored by both the Avidor and residents. It is just a few blocks from downtown Evanston which offers a variety of possibilities. I left California after my partner passed away to be in Evanston where I grew up. I love it here. Come join our Avidor community. You won’t be sorry.
