The waterproofing has taken way too long to resolve and we still see workers working around the building today. This detracts from the beauty of the building itself. Yet we still love living here at Avidor and the people we see every day.

Time frame for deciding on vendor, being repaired? It leaked last year and we were able to use it. Leary of fireplace time frame. Seeing residents move due to large rent increases. When, will parking lot be fixed?

Have made a lot of new friends and consider them my extended family. We have a great staff working here. They work hard and do a super job. I do know people are concerned about rent getting out of line and may have to move out. I'm one of them. Also amenities are being cut back. Not good.
