Quick to Charge Fees, Slow to Fix Problems

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
Since moving here, we have had to deal with multiple maintenance and management problems. We have had issues with the air conditioning, water service, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen ventilation, leaks, and other problems in the apartment. Many of these issues took far too long to be addressed, and living with these conditions has been extremely frustrating.

our maintenance concerns and basic needs are not treated with the same urgency.
This month, because of everything we have been dealing with, our rent payment was only 2 days late, and we were charged an additional $109. They are very good at charging fees, but when residents need help with serious problems in their apartment, getting a response or a solution is a completely different story.
We understand that rent has to be paid, but residents also deserve a safe, functional home and respectful, responsive management.
They are quick to collect money, but not nearly as quick to listen to or address their residents’ needs.
Think twice before signing a lease here. Make sure you document every maintenance problem and every communication with management.
