Great place in Waco; close to both hospitals and multiple grocery stores and restaurants but also very quiet. Staff is amazing and always very helpful is have any questions or something goes wrong. Apartments themself are nice and prices awesome.

Very friendly and courteous . Ms. Jodie is amazing and so helpful. The staff are professional in every way. They are so eager to help their residents. You feel so welcomed when you step into the office. It is a nice neighborhood to live around. Not far from anything but close enough to everything. I like that aspect of the neighborhood.

Security and safety are an issue. Tenant upstairs constantly allowing homeless people into her apartment. Don’t feel safe walking pet or even leaving my apartment.
