With its grounds scaped like a Mediterranean Resort along with the huge pools and cabanas around the pool areas and let’s no forget about the jacuuzis that are always warm. Then we’ve got the sitting area / Festival area that is beautifully lit up at night with quite a few bbqs. With apartment homes that come with a Fireplace, Cape Cod baseboards, crown molding, canned lighting, all whirlpool stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, ...wooden horizontal wooden slats, washer and dryer, a Roman bathtub, up to date cabinets through out, along with fabricated wooden flooring through out , 9 foot ceilings, smart phone plugs and let’s not forget about the magnificent sunsets.
