This property is extremely beautiful and I wish I could afford it to call it my next home. The leasing agent Destiny I spoke with has a warm spirit and makes you feel at home, she very informative and patient. I appreciate her for showing me two floor plans both the 1 and 2 bedroom. It is disappointing that the base rent is at such a high rate plus the additional monthly fees on top of base rent. If it is affordable for you and your family I would say go for it! The homes are a very cozy fit, ...
however for the average working person I fear we have been priced out of modern homes.
