Convenient & Nice Management
September 3, 2022Never had a bad interaction with the staff since new management took over. They are very nice and always went out of their way to help me. Maintenance is quick and my apartment is nice and spacious. It's also in walking distance to the airport!Review from Apartments.com
Convenient to the airport, but not to the renter.
May 18, 2018We rented at this property due to the proximity to the airport and lightrail station. The maintenance staff are fantastic and fix things quickly. Our main complaint is the availability of staff in the office. The only way to retrieve packages is through the office and they consistently leave early without notice. Multiple times we have tried to get a package during their limited business hours only to find the staff have left early without a note, etc. The "fitness center" is very lacking with ...aging equipment. We moved in and there were no shelves in any of the closets and we had to install them ourselves. The third floor apartments get very hot due to the lack of A/C. We stayed 11 months and won't miss it here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
