December 29, 2022We moved to Avoca from Florida and moved into our apartment without ever visiting first. we were pleasantly surprised by the openness of the apartment as well as how bright it is. the only downside is the size of the pool and the gym, and they’re building more units so about 400 apartments will share a pool that could fit maybe 8 people comfortably and a gym with 2 treadmills. but beyond that staff is very accommodating and they throw resident events often! we’re going back to Florida when our ...lease is up but it’s been a great experience here. and the neighborhood is super nice and convenient! -Jenny LRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

Avoca is a nice place to live. Very quiet
December 21, 2022My family and I have lived here for the last year and half and its been pretty good. The mainteance folks get to the work orders in a timely manner and the staff has been friendly. September 8, 2022I love the apartments, because they are brand new, clean, have hard wood floors, and a modern layout. My child likes to walk to the near by park. He is still out to-go contact at the office who ensures our concerns are addressed. Maintain team is always prompt even on weekends - thanks to Kevin!
