We had so many complications with our application because of some past issues that we were unaware of and she did ALL the leg work to get it all ironed out for us and corrected so quickly to get us approved. I LOVE THIS PLACE
January 17, 2020People of San Antonio TX, i just wanna take some time to let y'all know if y'all have been looking for a place seriously look no further the staff is amazing great energy , i love the vibes in the office they are infectiuous . cecila was my agent she was so good to me, helped me move in same day. There is always mixers and dinners for free for residents its insane. every week there is food trucks here , walking distance to casa blanca movie theater . beautiful kitchen i fell in love the second ...i walked in. i had a repair ticket and 15 min later techs came up to my place and fixed it , y'all need to come check out your new home. you won't regret itProperty Manager Responded

Exceptional all around
December 27, 2019I looked around quite a few places before settling here. I'm glad I chose this place. The girls at the leasing office are so friendly and the amenities are new and well maintained. Even better, I have never been serviced by a quicker and more thorough maintenance team. On the rare occasion I need something fixed, they come within hours. Run far away from this place
December 5, 2018Worst apartment I've ever lived in. The apartment itself is beautiful but the management is a MESS. Save yourself the headache and find a different apartment. This place at the end of the day is not worth the money. 3 different management teams since I've moved in and with every change they only get worse. The staff are incompetent, rude, and lazy. The gate rarely works. Dog crap everywhere. Theft is bad here. Scorpions in the apartments. The traffic getting to the apartments is a pain and ...theres a car accident at that intersection every week. The manager couldn't care less about the residents living in the apartments. Ana was amazing!!!
September 6, 2017I went for a tour of the property and it was an honor to meet Ana. I say an honor because this young lady was nothing short of phenomenal. So kind, extremely knowledgeable and she made the process so simple... Every question about exact square footage and about the property she had the exact answer to... The property is beautiful... All the units are new and ready for move in... The only downside to me was the property manager came across as very rude or maybe as she doesn't like her employees... ...She makes it very obvious she has a grudge against them... she probably crossed my path 2-3 times and never even said hello to me or acknowledged me... that wasn't a good look... even my 6 year old acknowledges everyone... Aside from that Ana gets an A and the property gets an A ...Property Manager Responded

Fantastic staff
August 18, 2017After visiting multiple apartment communities Avocet was an easy choice. Their construction and options are great but it's the staff that sets the apart from the rest. Analissa greeted us with warm smiles, was able to answer all of our questions, and made us excited about living in the community. In the end I left the decision to my eight year old daughter who's only response was "I want to live in the first one, she was so nice and so were the apartments".Review from Apartments.com
Very unhappy with management
August 10, 2017Went to go look at these apartments. Staff in the front was very nice and friendly but manager Anissa was rude and unhelpful. Was very unfriendly with my son and made me feel like it wasn't a kid friendly environment. Will definetly not be moving in.Property Manager Responded
