Horrible
May 7, 2025One of the worst living experiences I’ve had avoid Avondale Hills if you can. I regret signing a lease here. The management is unresponsive and rude, maintenance requests take forever (if they’re addressed at all), and the units are not well-maintained—mold, pests, and broken appliances seem to be common issues. The walls are paper thin, so you’ll hear your neighbors’ every move. The security is basically nonexistent, and packages go missing constantly. Great New Apartments
November 17, 2023I've lived here for a few months now and I cannot recommend this property enough. From my first tour with Dyllan, to my move-in, to the random maintenance requests, I have had nothing but good experiences here. The apartments are all new, the clubroom/pool are great, and the gym is open 24-hours. I love living here!Review from Apartments.com
