Dirty apartment
March 5, 2026I was fooled by the nice leasing people. This place has a good look to it, but if you never lived in an actual luxury apartment and then, of course you would think this place is nice, but this place constantly has broken elevators as of right now there are zero elevators working in this building I just met someone that is on crutches who could not even get to their own unit and told me that they have to stay at a family member’s house. And they won’t even decrease their rent just crazy.!!!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible
May 7, 2025One of the worst living experiences I’ve had avoid Avondale Hills if you can. I regret signing a lease here. The management is unresponsive and rude, maintenance requests take forever (if they’re addressed at all), and the units are not well-maintained—mold, pests, and broken appliances seem to be common issues. The walls are paper thin, so you’ll hear your neighbors’ every move. The security is basically nonexistent, and packages go missing constantly. Rent increases every year despite the ...decline in quality. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Great New Apartments
November 17, 2023I've lived here for a few months now and I cannot recommend this property enough. From my first tour with Dyllan, to my move-in, to the random maintenance requests, I have had nothing but good experiences here. The apartments are all new, the clubroom/pool are great, and the gym is open 24-hours. I love living here!Review from Apartments.com
