      My experience so far has been good. The apartments are nice and worth the value of rent. Everyone appears to be friendly and helpful. The leasing staff is phenomenal, I give them an A . There is always something going on like activities and it's not too noisy. Although, I am new to the area and have not been here long, so far I like living here.

      Avvio residents spend more per week at local shops/restaurants than patron's visiting, however mgmt thinks this is the other way around and cater to visitors instead of residents. THIS is my MAIN reason, for NOT recommending apt renting here. On avg my apt, visits local shops/restaurants 3/4 times (or higher) per week.
