June 17, 2024i moved in in april and have been enjoying it ever since. if you don’t like noise, don’t do it! for me i love the cars, music and even the train lol! only thing missing is a pool but other than that the staff is so nice!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
January 23, 2023There have been so many problems I've experienced within living here for 6 months. I have had maggots in my apartment from inconsistent trash pickup, my apartment has smelled like weed on several occasions from the scent traveling through the vents, and the noise from the neighbors is insane because the walls are very thin, which is sad considering how new the complex is. Recently, my vehicle, along with several others, was broken into. The gate to the parking has been broken for several months ...now, which has lead to parking spots for residents being taken up and now people having access to breaking into our cars. I have communicated several of these issues over the few months that I have been living here with the prior assistant community manager and little has been done to improve the quality of living at this complex now that there are new people working here. I absolutely would not recommend anyone living here. There are just too many issues with this apartment from the poor management to the poor infrastructure.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great location and kitchen
March 3, 2022Ive been living here for 2 months now and never knew such such a nice community was here in avondale until I drove by the monolithic mural. I toured with the manager who was super nice and even helped me move in the following week. The Kitchen/living room space can't be beat.Property Manager Responded
