  • Nice Apartment and Nice Gym

    I really enjoy living here. I go to the gym and they have literally any type of equipment you need to get a good workout. I like how clean it is and how big the apartments are. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to check this place out. Everyone that works here is really nice as well.

  • Great staff and awesome amenities!

    I have really enjoyed living here at Axio 8400. The staff has been friendly and the apartment space is beautiful. The amenities are really good. I enjoy the apartment gym - it has more equipment then any other complex I've seen. I highly recommend living here. I really love the mountain views from my apartment.

  • Awesome amenities and great staff!

    The maintenance have been incredibly nice and quick. We had issues with our ice maker and they were in the apartment the next day working on it. Management has been good to work with. There was an issue with our ledger and management took the time to listen and correct the issue. The apartments are spacious in the living room and kitchen. The aesthetics of the apartment are nice. Parking can be challenging if you don't have an assigned (paid) spot, which I highly recommend.

    I highly recommend Axio 8400. Jeff was amazing and made the move in process seamless. All the amenities and services they offer are great. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond as well.

    I LOVE axio 8400 ! The apartments are so cute and are in a great location. The pool and hot tub are open year round. The club house has a gym that has a large amount of equipment ! The parking has been okay, I would highly recommend buying a parking spot.

  • Modern Decor but Difficult Parking

    We have lived here for almost a year. The apartment we’re in is spacious which is great compared to where we lived previously. The decor and appliances are modern and up to date. It feels good to come home to an apartment that is visually good looking and functional. The parking for guests is difficult but there is parking down the street when all else fails. There are town homes being built right now which could cause even less parking options once they’re finished. I would recommend buying ...
    parking spaces. We have personally never had difficulties communicating with management and have always had problems/questions taken care of.

  • Update & Fabulous

    We have been here for about 2 years and the new management is awesome. They have redone all of the hallways and added smart homes systems for doors and thermostats. Clean and safe, close to everything, Very pet friendly, lots of furry residence.

  • Worst Experience Ever

    We have only been in AXIO for less than a week and I am already ready to leave. When we first applied, we were told that the unit we were interested in included a free garage. we have two cars so we only put in for one carport to accommodate the second car. It wasn't until after signing the lease, they informed us the apartment did not include a garage and we could not get a second carport and nothing was done to resolve the situation. Secondly, finding parking outside of your assigned parking ...
    is impossible. All uncovered parking is always filled. Also we were given an already occupied carport on day of move in and had to park far away to move all our things. Thirdly, management really does not seem to care at all about its residents. It took us over 2 months to get paperwork corrected and it wasn't corrected until the day before move in. I have lived in some badly managed and bad parking situations but AXIO tops the list. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

  • Happy with the new move

    The property is super pretty and clean. I love the area it's in and even comfortable enough to walk alone to the car at night. Maintenance is AMAZING! My bath tub nozzle broke super early in the morning and they came up right away, with no questions, and fixed it right away. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

  • Happy with changes

    So, I have been living n here over a year. We are now under new management and I have to say things are so much better and the new management really seems to care about tenant happiness and accommodating our needs. Lots of amenities and fun activities. You will love it.

  • Terrible Parking just got made even worse

    There used to be a tiny spot of sidewalk area we could park when there were no spots left (which is 90% of the time) and after living here for 1 1/2 years they put up no parking signs on those spots. Now that it’s summer time everyone guests are here taking up parking spots and no parking rules are enforced other than parking on the street. If you park on the street you get a ticket or towed. They change the parking rules monthly and don’t tell us that they’ve changed the rules it’s just a rule ...
    suddenly. They’ve gone through 3 owners since we’ve lived here too and none of them have been able to make a difference with the parking.
