Not Great for the Price

Axio has some positive things to offer but the negatives outweigh the good.
I'll start with the good. There is a lot to like about the apartments themselves. They are nicely appointed and have plenty of features. Lots of storage with large closets. The kitchen is modern. Many units have large balconies and screened porches. The car chargers are free, and for the most part, people move their cars once they have been charged. Some people complain about noise from their neighbors but I have never ...
experienced that. The location is also convenient, especially if you work in Carillon Park.
The not so positive: The entire property feels neglected, even though it's only ~4 years old. The hallways are soiled to the point of grossness. Part of this is the dirty residents who let their dogs pee in the halls and elevators. See it all the time! The landscaping is unkept with dead weeds where flowering plants used to be. The gym is shockingly small for a community of this size. The smell of the dog park will make you gag. I don't think it's ever cleaned. The garage is also dirty and the gate hasn't worked in nearly a year. There are 55 reserved parking spots but they charge an outrageous amount for them. This means they are ALL empty, which only adds to the overcrowded garage. Economics would tell you that charging less and having some rented is better than having none rented, but I digress.
I regret moving here even though it was always meant to be temporary. Although these apartments are advertised as luxurious, I do not see that in reality, so I cannot recommend them.

Max of 2. Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $350 due at move-in. Only one fee for 1 or 2 pets of $25 a month. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
