Noise and Maintenance
January 1, 2024Along with other reviews, maintenance has been a recurring issue. It takes months and countless phone calls to get anything fixed. Additionally, there is zero insulation between units. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking, having adult time, crying, chatting, singing, ect. It's clear that the builders cheaped out on this and it's incredibly frustrating to spend so much on a unit that's not private or quiet.Property Manager Responded

The area is very walkable and the rate is impressive for our location — we had a birthday party for a friend recently and all our friends commented on how beautiful the building & amenities were, especially for the price in the heart of Midtown. We feel really lucky to have found this place. Savannah in the leasing office is super helpful and always so nice. She does great stuff for our community like securing discounts at local businesses and getting on-site ...car washes (which was so convenient and affordable).
