  • Noise and Maintenance

    January 1, 2024
    Along with other reviews, maintenance has been a recurring issue. It takes months and countless phone calls to get anything fixed. Additionally, there is zero insulation between units. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking, having adult time, crying, chatting, singing, ect. It's clear that the builders cheaped out on this and it's incredibly frustrating to spend so much on a unit that's not private or quiet.

    Would be a good building to live in except they will lie and say maintenance work orders are completed when they are not. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner.

    This is the best community I have ever lived at. The staff has been so nice and helpful in every way possible. The maintenance staff works so hard to make sure items are completed as fast as possible. The community is also so inviting so it’s super easy to know all of your neighbors throughout the building.

    I love it so far! I’ve only been here for 3 weeks but I have no complaints other than occasional street noise but that’s not the apartment complex’s fault. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of my apartment when I arrived on move-in day. I also just love my apartment in general, the finishes are beautiful and my unit is very spacious.

    Pros - excellent location! - excellent unit! - glad to have a dedicated dog area - very friendly staff! - lovely neighbors/community Cons - Quite a bit of road noise (construction, traffic, firetrucks). Comes with the great location though. - FETCH. This service has been so frustrating that I honestly can't recommend this place solely because of it. But don't just take it from me. Honestly Google the service and see for yourself how unanimous the experiences are with it.

    I love living at Broadstone Midtown. The area is very walkable and the rate is impressive for our location — we had a birthday party for a friend recently and all our friends commented on how beautiful the building & amenities were, especially for the price in the heart of Midtown. We feel really lucky to have found this place. Savannah in the leasing office is super helpful and always so nice. She does great stuff for our community like securing discounts at local businesses and getting on-site ...
    car washes (which was so convenient and affordable). I have told all my friends they should move in when their leases end at their current places, and many are going to soon!! :)
