The building itself is very good. The units are spacious and clean, the location is great with everything nearby and so far its felt safe. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the bay and Space Needle. I definitely think the new management is worlds better than the last year, I almost did not renew because of the last year (emails going weeks without responses, issues with staff smoking right next to the garage door, etc) but Zahra and Josh have been stellar additions to the property.
