    Recently, Axis has instituted a policy in which you only have 3 days to collect your mail. After which, your mail is returned to the post office and is nearly unobtainable. I travel regularly for work so I will certainly be missing mail from my friends and family. This is my last straw with this poorly run apartment complex.

  • Exceedingly unfriendly

    The staff at Axis are unbearably rude. They never respond to emails and when you approach them in person they are annoyed that you didn't email... which you did. Service requests are never handled in a timely fashion, the workout facility has likely never been cleaned, and the gates seldom work. You'd be better of renting literally anywhere else. - A disgruntled tenant

    Axis Of Wellington is a wonderful place to live, located directly across the street from The Wellington Mall. I’ve been living in the community for just two weeks and absolutely enjoying every moment. The staff on site are amazing and make you feel welcomed. They are super friendly and quick to respond to any service or maintenance requests.     family-oriented community with friendly neighbors and kids playing outside with their pets. The apartments themselves are well constructed, spacious, and modern throughout with state-of-the-art appliances, and just about every creature comfort you can expect when living in a luxury community. I looked at other communities in Wellington before choosing Axis and could not find anything quite like it. It’s really in a league of its own. The staff go out of their way from the moment you walk through the door and make you feel like family. You will have to experience Axis of Wellington for yourself to realize just how much you get for your money. I highly recommend Axis of Wellington.

From the moment you drive into the development, you are greeted with nothing but friendly smiles and waves from everyone you see. The community itself is so safe and welcoming.     My family has lived here for 4 years. We moved from Jupiter to Wellington. We are so satisfied with our home, that we recently moved a couple of buildings over to "downsize" and we decided to stay here, because it's "home,"and we are able to stay in the school zone for our son's High School. The office staff is BEYOND helpful, and continue to be supportive of our family, and our needs. What we would like to point out, is the INCREDIBLE MAINTENANCE STAFF!     Our apartment is fantastic. State of the art appliances, granite counter tops ,top grade carpeting, woo floors.located within walking distance to a major mall. Hurricane impact windows and sliders. Club house , a state of the fitness center, virtual,golf center, business center. Community is pet friendly with a separate dog park. The community functions like a home owner association. Residents have the opportunity bro have their own garden. This is the place to,live and thrive.
