3 days to collect your mail
March 26, 2024Recently, Axis has instituted a policy in which you only have 3 days to collect your mail. After which, your mail is returned to the post office and is nearly unobtainable. I travel regularly for work so I will certainly be missing mail from my friends and family. This is my last straw with this poorly run apartment complex.Property Manager Responded

Exceedingly unfriendly
July 10, 2023The staff at Axis are unbearably rude. They never respond to emails and when you approach them in person they are annoyed that you didn't email... which you did. Service requests are never handled in a timely fashion, the workout facility has likely never been cleaned, and the gates seldom work. Best bang for your buck!
October 2, 2021Axis Of Wellington is a wonderful place to live, located directly across the street from The Wellington Mall. I’ve been living in the community for just two weeks and absolutely enjoying every moment. The staff on site are amazing and make you feel welcomed. They are super friendly and quick to respond to any service or maintenance requests. The grounds are well kept and beautifully landscaped with stunning lake views, biking and running trails, state of the art gym and pool. It’s a ...family-oriented community with friendly neighbors and kids playing outside with their pets. The apartments themselves are well constructed, spacious, and modern throughout with state-of-the-art appliances, and just about every creature comfort you can expect when living in a luxury community. I looked at other communities in Wellington before choosing Axis and could not find anything quite like it. It’s really in a league of its own. The staff go out of their way from the moment you walk through the door and make you feel like family. Safe, Friendly, and Well Maintained
December 8, 2020There are not enough amazing things to say about this development. From the moment you drive into the development, you are greeted with nothing but friendly smiles and waves from everyone you see. The community itself is so safe and welcoming. The office staff are always there to lend a hand or answer any questions, no matter the time or day. The maintenance staff are also prompt, kind, and helpful. Couldn't be better!
July 18, 2017My family has lived here for 4 years. We moved from Jupiter to Wellington. We are so satisfied with our home, that we recently moved a couple of buildings over to "downsize" and we decided to stay here, because it's "home,"and we are able to stay in the school zone for our son's High School. The office staff is BEYOND helpful, and continue to be supportive of our family, and our needs. What we would like to point out, is the INCREDIBLE MAINTENANCE STAFF! They are completely professional at all ...times,and they are very quick to satisfy all requests,and complete whatever job it is to perfection! (Not to mention, they are friendly, and personable each time we see them!)They know my family by name, and we feel very comfortable with them entering our apartment for any repairs.We are very fortunate to have our "Axis family...they(all) consistently run our community as if it were a "resort!" August 12, 2015Our apartment is fantastic. State of the art appliances, granite counter tops ,top grade carpeting, woo floors.located within walking distance to a major mall. Hurricane impact windows and sliders. Club house , a state of the fitness center, virtual,golf center, business center. Community is pet friendly with a separate dog park. August 7, 2015This is a new complex with all the conveniences that you could ever hope for, just driving up this complex you fall in love the colors are warming and inviting. It is quiet, gated,garages, elevators, pool, cabanas even a place to barbeque. The interior layout is beautiful with screened in patios with hurricane windows, wood floors and carpeted bedrooms ceiling fans and tract lighting, granite countertops, stainless steel/black appliances dark cabinets, bathroom showers and bathtubs. The complex ...is located right across the street from the mall, there are plenty of resturants, just tons of places to go, who could ask for more? The complex is stunning well maintained, staff friendly, a lake beautiful palm trees a beautiful area where people can plant trees fruits and vegetables. There is a dog park and also a place where the children can play,there is a indoor gym, computer rooms and game rooms.There is even have a private trash company picks up 5 days a week.Property Manager Responded
