March 26, 2026Clean, modern apartment with a great location near campus. The amenities are solid—especially the gym and study spaces—and maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly. The staff is generally helpful and responsive, which makes the overall experience smoother. Parking can get a bit tight at times and rent is on the higher side, but that’s pretty typical for the area. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to live if you’re a student or working nearby.Property Manager Responded

March 24, 2026Honestly, I have no complaints other than wishing the pool was 24/7! Axis is beautiful. The fact that things get checked on and or cleaned daily is incredible, and the service speed is unbeatable. Better than most services out of anything I've had. February 3, 2026So far so good no complaints. All as described and an enjoyable living experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and the management team is on top of their job. All of the ammenities are as described, to be expected of a brand new apartment complex. The provided internet is as good as it gets for this area. One concern I do have is the backdated utilities bill coming out of left field on one of my pay cycles (I was under the impression that utilities were included). January 22, 2026So far so good. Just a few hiccups during the move-in for example dryer not working, black widow spider inside the garage. It would be great if parking is free or at least at the lower rate. Specially for the paid parking garage that has EV charging is still not working after even to this date.Review from Apartments.com
