I'm a new resident but when I came over for a tour, it was very nice. It's only 4 stars because the soundproof room isn't actually soundproof. I would know because I screamed in it as testing. I was very embarrassed.

Overall a great place to live with great amenities but at times you can hear your neighbors and sometimes the shared spaces aren't clean from someone using an area previously.

Clean, modern apartment with a great location near campus. The amenities are solid—especially the gym and study spaces—and maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly. The staff is generally helpful and responsive, which makes the overall experience smoother. Parking can get a bit tight at times and rent is on the higher side, but that’s pretty typical for the area. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to live if you’re a student or working nearby.

Honestly, I have no complaints other than wishing the pool was 24/7! Axis is beautiful. The fact that things get checked on and or cleaned daily is incredible, and the service speed is unbeatable. Better than most services out of anything I've had. You call, and they pick up immediately or call you back within minutes. It's as straightforward as it gets.

The staff is nice and helpful. The maintenance comes by quickly when a request is placed and they fix things somewhat slowly but oh well. People keep to themselves and it's quiet overall. great amenities.

So far so good no complaints. All as described and an enjoyable living experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and the management team is on top of their job. All of the ammenities are as described, to be expected of a brand new apartment complex. The provided internet is as good as it gets for this area. One concern I do have is the backdated utilities bill coming out of left field on one of my pay cycles (I was under the impression that utilities were included). All-in-all a good ...

The staff here is so so accomodating plus the amenities make it all worth it. Whenever there are issues with anything, there's an immediate response. I'm staying here as long as I'm in Davis. Axis is the best!!
