July 10, 2025Moved here 2+ years ago and have had no complaints. Previous property manager was very involved with the tenants. Have a new property manager and giving him to acclimate to the complex. They are responsive to maintenance request. The building is kept cleaned. Always room for improvements.Property Manager Responded

Save yourself the headache
February 25, 2025Axis is terribly managed. The property is dirty, no cameras in the hallway, no cleaning products in the gym, none of my appliances have ever worked properly. This is NOT a luxury property as advertised. People are getting arrested in broad daylight, screaming in the courtyard at night and teenagers are disrespectful in the gym. Wonderful place to call home!
July 23, 2019Have lived here for over three years and would like to dispel any of the scathing reviews on here! The staff is wonderful and always leaves my perishables outside the office and follows up with a reminder call. They have an impeccable memory of deliveries that has surprised me! I love my neighbors and have met some amazing friends here! The pool can get crowded but the office does a great job at making sure it stays contained and rules are followed. Love living at Axis
April 3, 2019I have lived at Axis for 1 1/2 years and am so glad I made this my new home. Coming from a 4 bedroom colonial I truly feel like I am staying at a hotel. The amenities are great, pool-gym- dog parks and the club house are great! Living close to the lake is a bonus, especially in the nicer weather. The best part is I don't have to fix anything. Maintenance is always available and quick to fix anything. The staff is very friendly and very helpful when needed.Review from Apartments.com
I would give 0 stars if possible
March 22, 2019Any good review here has to be written by management and is not real. This management company has a reputation that many surrounding community residents know about. It has been nicknamed “Slummit Drive”. Constant string over overnight fire alarm evacuations, strong smell of marijuana, dirty halls, amenities not being upkept, thin walls and floors/ceilings, major emergency events like burst gas pipes, flooding from frozen pipes, fires in the units. Management will cover it all up. But check the ...Bridgewater scanner page. It is all there. The management team is probably the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Deceitful and lack of brains. Poor communication is their key quality. Want to enjoy all their “nice amenities”? Good luck with it actually being in proper working order. Firepit has been broken for years. Horrible Place Stay Away!!!!
March 22, 2019Not worth the money or hassle. Management will try to screw you anyway they can with your lease/release. Just a terrible experience. As stated below issues with everything. We’ve lived through and had to deal with fire alarm issues, fires, burst water pipes, gas line breaks, drug raids, and a drowning. Lack of Safety and Concern
February 11, 2017I've lived in many complexes throughout Bristol County and Plymouth County, and this complex by far has made me feel unsafe and uncertain many times. Management has not taken proper steps to deal with the safety of their tenants. The rent is higher than surrounding complexes in the area, but that isn't an issue for me. Over the 12 months of living here, the complex has encountered visits from the fire department, the police department from incidents such as foul odor coming from sinks, gas pipe ...busting, a drowning in the community pool, and the smell of marijuana as you enter into the building. This place is a nighmare!
February 3, 2017SAFETY- Construction crew almost blew up all three buildings after hitting the gas lines on the side of the building. Also, tenants forgetting to shut off gas stoves. PRICE/QUALITY- After the first year they bumped the rent up $$. No surprise here they have to make enough money to keep up with replacing the cheap appliances and everything else in the unit. MANAGEMENT- Unprofessional, you might as well be renting from and child because that's what your getting. Oh yeah, and say hello to your rude ...next door neighbor because they all live here and run around harassing people, hanging up phone calls, etc. They will be nice to you when they are trying to fill the unit but after that forget it. NOISE/FIRE ALARMS- Fire alarms go off every month in the middle of the night or every 3 months-if you get lucky. Management has no set time for noise levels, so forget sleeping while living here. Perfume on a pig
November 1, 2016At first glance this development seems very nice but you quickly learn that its like living in a mental hospital. Dogs barking, children yelling, car alarms, fire alarms, gas leaks and something is always under construction. Always people moving in and out. The management seem nice but they're just people pleasers. Most of the staff live in the apartments as well and do nothing but say how great they are but you quickly see that quality is lacking. Appliances constantly breaking because they are ...simply all cheap. Calling these places "luxury apartments" is a scam and they are extremely over priced for cheap fixtures and appliances. Not worth the time
November 1, 2016Management has an incredible story telling experience. A lot of problems here. Gas leaks, electrical problems, plumbing problems, security problems, moisture problems. Today there was a gas main rupture and the entire complex was evacuated. The impact easily could have blown up the buildings. The management company did nothing for the tenants. They claim no one complains and yet so many do. It's not luxury here. There are great people who live here but management fails. Too many problems for ...the amount of money they charge.
