    I love AxisOne and their employees, they are all super nice and always willing to help you . I highly recommend living here. Also I love the swimming pool area and all the facilities to do bbq.

    I hate it here! I had to request 3 times for my dryer to be prepared. A kid from maintenance came in and started telling me how to do laundry, I was extremely upset (I also had just got out of the hospital). I was frustrated and said a few things that wasn’t nice. The management ran and told my boyfriend’s company (they are paying for our apartment until my boyfriend’s job is completed here). Instead of coming to me and addressing it to me, very unprofessional. I have a home in St Augustine I ...
    don’t have to live here. But my boyfriend wants me here with him. I almost left but he begged me to stay. And the dryer was clogged on the outside vent, there was condensation dripping from it. My boyfriend had to tell maintenance how to fix the dryer. So does this feel like home, NO! I hate it here.

    This property has the potential to be luxurious. However, stains and trash scents in the hallways, dirty stairwells, forgotten trash pick ups, stolen mail and packages, and aging appliances, make it more of an average complex, not worth the luxurious prices charged.

    Excellent management, some observations DOG POOP EVERYWHERE AND RESIDENTS GETTING TRASH TO THE DUMPSTER AND LEAVING OUTSIDE. Simple large fines would solve this on going issue

    Love living here and working at such a wonderful community! I just recently moved to Stuart from Tampa which is a bigger city. Living at Axisone how luxurious it is makes me feel like I’m in a bigger city again!

    We have loved living here, great amenities, great staff, awesome FAST maintenance. Neighbors are my only complaint but that’s just kinda what you get in apartments sometimes. People don’t pick up after their dogs and sometimes are inconsiderate of noise occasionally.

    I am quite honestly sick of other residents taking packages that don’t belong to them. I have had 6 missing packages since April. I complained to the office and it isn’t getting better. We need a better system perhaps more secured lockers. I seems that if I don’t pick up the package the same day and it isn’t secure in my box or locker, they sometimes disappear. I have to look at all packages not secured in the mail room daily if I know that something may be arriving. It is very disappointing.

    I absolutely love my apartment! It's the perfect blend of cozy and functional, with plenty of natural light pouring in through the windows. The location is amazing - I'm just a short walk from the park, shops, and grocery. My neighbors are friendly, and the management team is super responsive. The apartment itself is beautifully designed. I've made it my own with some personal touches, and it feels like home. The best part? The pool.     The best thing of Axis in my opinion is the front desk help. Always cooperative, pleasant, and knowledgeable!! Unfortunately the apartment itself must have been built in a hurry because the finishes and details aren’t up to what luxury standards require. The hallway carpeting has a lot of stains that need to be taken care of. The Palm trees at the deep end of the pool area need to be trimmed because they reach the apartment windows when windy.
