November 25, 2025I absolutely love my apartment! It's the perfect blend of cozy and functional, with plenty of natural light pouring in through the windows. The location is amazing - I'm just a short walk from the park, shops, and grocery. My neighbors are friendly, and the management team is super responsive. The apartment itself is beautifully designed. I've made it my own with some personal touches, and it feels like home. The best part? The pool. October 25, 2025The best thing of Axis in my opinion is the front desk help. Always cooperative, pleasant, and knowledgeable!! Unfortunately the apartment itself must have been built in a hurry because the finishes and details aren’t up to what luxury standards require. The hallway carpeting has a lot of stains that need to be taken care of. The Palm trees at the deep end of the pool area need to be trimmed because they reach the apartment windows when windy.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2025Nice amenities and love our apartment. Maintenance is good as well but management could be better. Property has switched managers three times I believe since we’ve lived here. There’s also no follow ups or solutions for noise complaints so we’ve just accepted the noise for the upstairs neighbors that is constant most the dayProperty Manager Responded

The move-in process was smooth, management was responsive and helpful, and the leasing office made sure all of my questions were answered.
