Property is slowly starting to come back. There is obviously things that still need to be addressed such as the stairwells and carpet need to be deep cleaned, the halls smell of mold and the residences above smoke on their patio and nothing has been done about it. Emails have gone out about regarding updates and policy reinforcements so we’ll see if it happens

I have been a resident for 6 mos and LOVE IT HERE. There is a feel of real community here with work shops and monthly events.The office staff and maintenance crew are extremely professional and prompt to all your needs and concerns and they strive to keep the property we call home in excellent condition and a safe place. The new addition of the mini mart in the Lobby is so convenient as an added touch of luxury for a late night run without having to leave the premisis!

Other than people not picking up after their pet I love living here. People are friendly, dog park is nice to have (a dog wash station would make it perfect) and love the pool area.

Management had been fantastic, and the maintenance team is the best. The property owner NEEDS to take seriously the situation with the dog waste. It’s is absolutely disgusting. Hire someone to deal with it, or set cameras to put a stop to it.

Nobody takes accountability here. They will ignore you for weeks even after you give them the $125 for the application fee. Then when you fight it they all of sudden want to be helpful and start reaching out. I was left ignored for 4 weeks, I was patient until I wasn’t. The units are nice but the property management and company needs to change. Oh and don’t bother asking them anything they will blame every issue on their 3rd party company….. if you’re moving in a rush. Save yourself the stress ...
and move else wear.

So far my experience has been good. The only problem was on our move-in day. The elevator stopped working, but that’s nobody’s fault when I moved into the apartment everything was clean and ready to go.
