August 18, 2025Nice amenities and love our apartment. Maintenance is good as well but management could be better. Property has switched managers three times I believe since we’ve lived here. There’s also no follow ups or solutions for noise complaints so we’ve just accepted the noise for the upstairs neighbors that is constant most the dayProperty Manager Responded

August 1, 2025I recently moved into Axis One Apartments, and overall, my experience so far has been very positive. July 13, 2025I was promised a reward card as a thank-you for being a great tenant and renewing my lease for another year. Unfortunately, the card has caused more frustration than benefit—I’ve encountered multiple issues trying to use it. Despite reporting the problems several times, nothing has been resolved. At this point, it feels like the promise was nothing more than smoke and mirrors. As for the apartment community, it continues to be a pleasant place to reside. I do not, however, agree with paying for ...services and do not use as in the trash pickup. I’ve paid for this service for 2 years & have never use it.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025AxisOne was the best apartment we have lived in. We lived here for a year and had no major complaints against the apartment complex itself, but the residents don’t pick up after their dogs. We left due to buying a house!Property Manager Responded

May 8, 2025I love my apartment, for the price and the amenities, it's well worth it. However, the sound proofing is awful. That's not on management (which is really good, by the way) that is on the builder. They must have cut corners when building. I live on the first floor and can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors do. When they drop something on the floor, it sound like a wrecking ball. Luckily after 6 months the cats and I have gotten used to it, but every now and then it's bad. But that is really my ...only complaint. Location is great, the layout of the units are great. April 27, 2025I haven’t had any issues with the new maintenance guys like the last ones, problems are being fixed long term now! Aside from residents leaving dog poop out and about and the occasional crappy parker, no real issues. Been here almost 3 yearsProperty Manager Responded
