    Move in day was great the other tenants were so nice. We met someone that has been here since it opened and he still loves it, that says a lot about the place. we are going to love it here.

    My only complaint is hearing loud music Sunday night through Thursday night. It starts from 10pm and sometimes goes until 1am. Kind of a big deal when you get up at 5am for work. Aside from that the community is exactly as advertised online. The amenities are great, the gym is a little small, but overall great experience (minus the routine music every night). Definitely would recommend this place.

    Great location well managed very responsive nice sense of community. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, within walking distance to a plethora of grocery stores restaurants and shopping.

    I love AxisOne and their employees, they are all super nice and always willing to help you . I highly recommend living here. Also I love the swimming pool area and all the facilities to do bbq.

    I hate it here! I had to request 3 times for my dryer to be prepared. A kid from maintenance came in and started telling me how to do laundry, I was extremely upset (I also had just got out of the hospital). I was frustrated and said a few things that wasn’t nice. The management ran and told my boyfriend’s company (they are paying for our apartment until my boyfriend’s job is completed here). Instead of coming to me and addressing it to me, very unprofessional. I have a home in St Augustine I ...
    don’t have to live here. But my boyfriend wants me here with him. I almost left but he begged me to stay. And the dryer was clogged on the outside vent, there was condensation dripping from it. My boyfriend had to tell maintenance how to fix the dryer. So does this feel like home, NO! I hate it here.

    This property has the potential to be luxurious. However, stains and trash scents in the hallways, dirty stairwells, forgotten trash pick ups, stolen mail and packages, and aging appliances, make it more of an average complex, not worth the luxurious prices charged.

    Excellent management, some observations DOG POOP EVERYWHERE AND RESIDENTS GETTING TRASH TO THE DUMPSTER AND LEAVING OUTSIDE. Simple large fines would solve this on going issue

    Love living here and working at such a wonderful community! I just recently moved to Stuart from Tampa which is a bigger city. Living at Axisone how luxurious it is makes me feel like I’m in a bigger city again!
